Ingredients :
Half a deseeded watermelon
1 inch ginger minced
4-5 mint leaves
3-4 drops lime juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Method :
Cut the watermelon into small chunks. Discard the skin
Blend watermelon chunks, ginger, mint leaves, lime juice, honey and ice cubes.
Now strain the watermelon juice to a juice jar.
Your refreshing watermelon drink is ready to serve....
