Tri Color Veg Stir Fry

I had bought mixed frozen vegetables containing corn, peas and carrots and the pack was lying in the freezer. These frozen vegetables cook very fast, within few minutes. So I stir fried them. It is very simple to make and doesn't require much masala. Goes well along with chapathis.

Preparation time : 10 mins
Serves                  : 2-3 people

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen or fresh vegetable (corn, peas and carrots cut into bite sized pieces)
Half teaspoon mustard
1 small onion chopped finely
1 green chilly
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 teaspoon bafat powder
salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds let them crackle

Add green chilly, minced garlic and onions. Fry the onions till transparent.

Add vegetables and salt and bafat powder

Boil till done. Keep stirring in between. If you use fresh vegetables add half cup of water as it takes more time to cook. Serve with chapathi....

Note: If you don't have bafat powder replace with 1/4 teaspoon each cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and garam masala
